As a teacher, it’s my mission to promote being a lifelong learner to my students. I strive to continue learning and growing as a teacher by taking various trainings and courses.

This training was centered around managing behaviors in a "Heart-Centered" elementary classroom. During this training I gained knowledge in becoming a "calm guide" for my students, helping students learn to resolve their own conflicts, and teaching students to lead with empathy.

This training was centered around creating a "Heart-Centered" elementary classroom with a three step system: connect, reward, repair. During this training I gained knowledge surrounding relationship building, encouraging empathy and integrity among students, and systems to manage classroom flow.

This training was centered around classroom design and layout, organizational systems for supplies and paper flow, and management systems. During this training I gained more knowledge surrounding classroom systems to maintain a functional and inviting classroom flow.
